The Whole Health Connections Program (WHCP) connects clients to resources beyond legal services. Many SCIP clients come to the U.S. without family, friends, funds, or knowledge of how to access vital resources and services that they are qualified to receive. WHCP acts as a bridge to resources promoting physical and mental health through holistic case management support. Since the program's beginnings in 2023, we have assisted clients with everything from finding housing, applying for health insurance, transportation to doctor's appointments, resume development, and much more. What makes WHCP unique is that our case management services extend nationwide, enabling us to assist our clients wherever they decide to begin their new lives in the United States.
